I was thinking about it, but I dunno how often I'd use it. I now play the blues and some shred.

What's your opinion of getting a tremolo?

I like mine on my PRS and strat. I don't always use them, and they aren't always attached. But I always get pissed off when I play a guitar without one.

Yeah, I always liked them and all, but I wasn't thinking of a Floyd Rose or anything, just a regular tremolo. Not that I can do teh divebombz with it (?). I might get it though.

its good to add a bit of flavor here and there when you otherwise could not with a stopbar or hardtail. i am into the blues a good bit, and my trem is great, esp. after chords. also, in case you ever get into a more surf style, you'd be in a great want for a trem.

Well. With the wilkenson on my PRS I can do an almost perfect dive bomb. And i have my strat bridge set up to go pretty low. It'll come back slightly out of tune if I take it ALL the way down though.

Oh. OK. So you don't have said MIM Strat yet?

If that is the case then I would just wait and get her first.

I have one and I can say that the vintage 6 screw non-lock 'floating' trem Bridges that come on that guitar are perfect for me. Very versatile imo.

Change later if you don't like it.

Interesting. It turns out that there are people on the forum who play an upright bass. I'll make a note of that.

*makes note*

*puts note on wall*

*stares at note for a minute*

*sits back down and resumes doing what I was doing*
