Right now, I've got a 2000 Les Paul DC. I have already swapped the stock pickups for Santana I's, and am considering installing a bigsby. The guitar is fairly used, but has recently been repotted. I've got a pic of the guitar up on my profile.
depends how good you do it.
It's some $$$ but there is an easy mount system that claims no holes need drilled etc. Worth a look-see:::
A Gibson with a Bigsby is a very specific taste. Some will pay out the ass for one, other will hate them. Do what you want with the guitar; it's a 2000, so won't be even close to anyone's definition of "Vintage" for another 15+ years.
thanks damnedone; looks good, especially at 1.5 oz. If it maintains the same quality of play as the original, i'll definitely buy it.
Make sure you get a roller bridge to go with it.
