Heyyy... So I just ordered a Bigsby for My Telecaster . But then I started thinking... although i've played guitars with bigsbys, I've never owned a guitar with one. How well do they stay in tune? Is it worth investing in a locking nut?

It depends on your play style, if you're doing a lot of bombing with it then they'll tend to go out (but that's the same with any whammy/bigsby), but otherwise they're stable.
Good music is good music...everything else can go to hell

If you want to do alot of bombing you don't buy a bigsby. They are more for sultle vibrato than anything else. but a locking nut a la floyd rose won't work. Grab some planet waves locking tuners. I have some on my strat, and it holds its tuning amazingly well.
