It's looking like I'm off to the physio about my wrists and RSI troubles.

I've never been before so what should I expect to happen? Should I be worried?

No, physios are immeasurably more relaxing than doctors offices/hospitals. Some painful stretches of massages might pop up, but other than that going to the physio is grand. I go there every so often to get heat treatment for herniated back discs.

I've been for dozens of broken bones and I'm currently going for the knuckled I sliced in half
It's alright, usually just half an hour or less of various stretches and exercises every few weeks
