ibanez artcore. good for ska, good for punk. terrible for metal. if you can't afford that, try an epiphone dot. i don't remember prices.

for guitars?

Les Paul.

my friend uses one. alot of people use them. they can have this very haunting sound

but im a bass player lol XD. i just love playing along to les pauls

a les paul. or an HSS strat. that gives you a lot of tones, taking in count you need a twangy sounding neck PU for some ska and you need more power from a humbucker fr some punk. and the middle pu is just standing there. IMO thats the best choice.

I tell them that I'm happy with my current church, the church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Then I ask them if they would like to be touched by his noodly appendage.

Not the kind he listed in the original post.

Most 3rd wave ska bands seem to use LPs. Strats are common too. Teles are popular for clean rhythm.

LP or whatever feels good that has humbuckers,or a bridge bucker.

hmm im thinking about the tele or strat, i guess this is the popular debate between the two models, which one is better etc, im just going to try out maybe a epiphone sg, fender strat, fender tele, and an epiphone dot if the nearest guitar shop has them, thanks
