Something like Scum by Napalm Death. Doesent have to be grind, it can be really any genre of music but something thats pretty distorted and isn't extreamly hard to play.
I play metal bass with my:
Carlo Robelli bass autographed by Hatebreed
Crate MXB10 amp
Nano Metal Muff
and of course 2 guitar cables.
I look up to Paul Gray the most.
And my favorite band has to be Slipknot

You think TS has a biamp system and a really nice synth?

EDIT: Speaking of DFA1979 The MSTRKRFT remix of Sexy Results is great fun to play along to, too bad it's only one riff lol.

Lol TBH for hysteria I use my crate bt-100, which has the horrid dist and octaver. it just gets really distorted and sounds electronicy because the eq on my stereo is set for electronic music and muse does not sound great when I play along...
