Divided Sky - Divided Sky (A Million Miles From Nowhere)

our keyboardist refers to us as "progressive funk rock with hints of outer-space dub". he is correct.

Bear in mind...

a) recorded in 1 day
b) oldest members of the band are 18
c) if you like it, you can buy it at http://www.myspace.com/dividedskyvt , or PM me for an actual copy, $10 + s&h.

enjoy, bitches.

My weirdest dream would have to be when I dreamed that I met this chick I really liked and wanted to practice sex, so I practiced on some guy I met at a gas station...that was pretty screwed up.

Glad you like it man . Our keyboardist listens to a lot of Phish, Umphrey's McGee, Porcupine Tree, Return To Forever, Moe, Frank Zappa, etc...I listen to a lot of post-rock, death metal, metalcore, classical, and prog. We (were, myself and our keyboardist just graduated) are all in our school's jazz band, so we're very trained in jazz. Our bassist and drummer listen to pretty much anything, minus country/rap.
