As the title says, i know there are pros and cons for the stopbar and string thru body guitars, but personally i think string thru bodied guitars look cooler. is there a way to change over from the stopbar to a string thru body without causing any intonation problems with your guitar? obviously i'd have to drill 6 holes in my guitar but i'm wondering if it is even possible to do so.

It's not worth trying to be honest, it'd just be an awful lot of dicking around and expense for nothing of any consequence
