Whenever I player higher notes on my guitar, it sounds like ****. So i decided to check it with my tuner. Turns out that my higher notes on my high E and B strings are like half step out of tune. But the string is in tune. And natural harmonics on those strings are messed up too. Like the 5th fret harmonic is on the 6th fret almost, and the 7th fret harmonic is on the 8th fret, etc.

So, wtf is wrong with my guitar??
And since I'm getting my input jack fixed, should i just get this problem fixed also?

It is the intonation. Have the bridge adjusted if you're already taking the guitar in to have the jack installed.

It is an intonation problem, you just need to have it properly set up.
