What are your experiences with em?

Very good quality and very expensive.

Never tried one, but they look sick

Used in the $3500 range depending on the model. I'd imagine they're in the $4000s, not sure though

Rebel Amps will be carrying them very soon, they have some in right now if I'm not mistaken, would have to email them for a price though.

5 Gs, new. : (

But they sound AMAZING. You can get the wickedest, thickest hot-rodded marshall crunch while having this awesome fender clean channel. They sound great, and i'd love to play one, but as with the Diezel VH4 that used to be at my guitar center, i feel that playing one will just make every other amp i playe sound ****ty, and will therefore make me feel bad about not being able to afford one. : (

so how much gain can these things actually get? I've heard of a Wizard Metal but never actually heard one, even in clips. Anyone know where there are some clips? Do these things have the voicing and gain to do modern metal?

Someone on HC (or maybe it was TGP?) said that Kirk Hammet used one on some recordings, but I dunno if that's very reliable or not.

I've heard wizard amps/ volume wise they compare to hiwatts, standing front row of a local gig, the guitarist was using a wizard, didnt catch the model, but it was unbearably loud.

James and Kirk used em for like their last two records, in conjunction with the airplane hangar worth of amps they've got.
