so Im possibly in the process of selling my Hellraiser and im looking to move towards sevens, I have a Hellraiser C-7 in mind which looks amazing for the price.

could anyone recommend me a 7 string WITHOUT A TREMOLO?

I play mostly Death/Tech Death/Progressive

Schecter C-7 hellraiser pretty much suits your needs, i mean there are some ibanez models which are fixed bridge but they wont reach the minimum of your budget really. Might be worth looking into one of the LTD carpenter models, but it being a signature guitar may kinda put you off.

The LTD SCs are good, ive got the cheapest one and its good but the pickups lack power, so look at the 607 cause thats got EMGs
MAIN GUITARS:
PRS Single Cut Trem
Ibanez PGM-301
Rickenbacker 650D
Jackson RR5
Taylor 12 String acoustic
Yamaha RBX 5string bass
MAIN AMP:

You could try an Ibanez 7321 with a pickup swap. Its a good quality guitar with a new set of pickups!

Also check out Schecter blackjacks, either the passive pup older model or the new one with blackouts, both are extremely awsome.
Guitars:
Jackson JS300 Kelly
Jackson DK2 Dinky
Ibanez RG 7321
Ibanez Nylon acoustic

Amps:
Crate 15 watt(Broke)
Dean 10 watt amp
Peavey Valveking 112
Peavey XXX(Lookin for a cab...)

Pedals:
G2 Zoom Multi-FX(Tuner)

You can buy hellraiser's without floyds that are string thru. stop feeding thr troll.
Now thats the ugliest damn bong I've ever seen!

Apart from Shecters already mentioned check Jackson COW 7. Mahogany body and bolt-on neck, ebony fretboard without inlays and single emg 707.
Give it a try, if i where shopping for a 7 i think that would be my first
option.

While he said he's not into sigs, I've got to agree with you.

I've got an SC607 with EMG 81-7s and it is absolutely dynamite. Also absolutely out-of-production and the baritones are quite a bit more expensive

This.

I'm not a fan of Basswood but the 7321 is a very nice 7-string. Its string-thru body like you want and with a new set of pickups and a good setup it should rival higher cost instruments with ease.

FWIW, I've been thinking of getting one just to have another 7 to experiment with.

The fixed bridge on the 7621 is a simple string through mount, and yes Phase 1 blackouts would fit normally in the routes given.
