I loved A->B Life. Catch For Us The Foxes is the one I haven't listened to much yet, and Brother Sister is great (though I still prefer AB )
Like-father, like-son rebels bloated on korn, eminems and bizkits. Lord hear our prayer take back your Amy Grant mosh-crews and your fair-weather politics

Absolutely incredible band. Ace live as well.

There are already threads on them though.
there is no fear in this heart.

I've seen them three times and one of my friends goes absolutely evertime they are close and he's probably seen them 15 times in the past 5 years and he says they get better everytime.

I saw them recently with Maps & Atlases (who absolutely stole the show by the way)

mwY was still good but the sound guy did a pretty poor job and everything got really muddy and Aaron was hard to hear.

Also found that the new stuff had a bit of a "churchy" feel to it, like all those happy worshiping songs. and just really didn't like them. Hated "not my time to go" (what come now david is called)
however Beetle King was pretty damn cool.
But overall they've just been better.
still a ton of fun though.

Awesome band. I actually think that they have one of the best voices a singer can have, it sounds unreal.

Wolf am I! (And Shadow) is sooooo good.

such a good band i love them

they haven't been to seattle in a while they should come back

hey i just remembered i am were a mwoY shirt

I think Aaron Weiss is one of the better lyricists in the scene today. While I don't think his vocal performance is that great, his lyrics completely make up for it.
#14
I love this band.
I agree that Aaron is one of the best, if not the best lyricist around.
My personal favorite is Catch for us the foxes, but all of it is good.
They need to come somewhere close to me, I've been dying to see them.

[A->B] Life is one of the most amazing albums I've listened to.

I actually remember getting into these guys after hearing Memphis by Norma Jean

This.

despite being bought up going to church and having a very spiritual mother, having loved Brother, Sister on the first few listens, finding out there were christian elements to the band's music made me go "oh... deary me".

However, it is still a great album, I will check out [A->B] Life

I think the biblical references put into the lyrics are really cool.

I am really in love with this band and I plan on getting their older stuff soon. I've heard their older stuff is kind of like At the Drive-In, is this true? If so I should love it.

That's what makes me love them. I'm an atheist, but the passion Aaron puts into his vocals and lyrics makes me believe that he means every single word he says.

Definitely one of my favorite bands... (dare I say... *EVAR!*)

The lyrics? I could entertain my self just reading them without music.

I hope to see them if they're at Purple Door again soon.

Catch for us the Foxes is probably my favorite of theirs, with Paper Hanger and In a Sweater Poorly Knit my favorite songs.

(And if anybody wonders in here and says "I heard the singer was autistic or something?" ...I'll find them >___>
