Hello!

I am the lucky owner of two vintage marshall 4X12 cabinets that i got for a ridiculously low price.

PROBLEM!: The guy who sold them to me rewired one of them to be 2X 8 ohm...instead of the full 16ohm.

The one that was modded was the one with the dual speaker jacks.

I play through a 100 watt tube head...so I can't really play through both cabs at the same time when one is so much louder than the other..

I would like to REWIRE the 2X8 ohm cabinet....so that I can run it as a full stack.

ANY help would be appreciated =(

ps.) I have never wired up a cab before...so baby lessons would be nice =)

I want it wired to be mono 16ohm.

I'm not entirely sure what ohm speakers they are....I just know the other cabinet runs at 16ohm mono.

look on the back of the speakers and it should say 8 or 16 ohms its critical

if there 16 ohm speakers your gonna want 2 speakers on the left side wired in parralel (negatives to negs, positives to pos) and same on the other side boom 16 ohms mono

theres 2 jacks right, connect the right one to the right speakers and left one to the left speakers then for mono just plug into the right one
