Which is more important to you, your arms or your stomach? Or, which would you rather have, bigger biceps or ripped abs?

For me, it'd be abs. =]

I'd rather just do a full body workout every day...

This= big biceps, ripped abs, chest, back, shoulders, legs, everything.
Seems a bit pointless to just have ripped abs or biceps.

abs. honestly, I'm very skinny and a 6 pack abs are more realistic in my being moderately attractive, unlike giant biceps.

Good luck doing a real full body workout 7 days a week. Not only will you get no results, that would take about 4 hours or more and would be next to physically impossible. Unless you are talking about swimming/extensive cardio/aerobic training or something, you really have no idea what you are talking about.

This guy is right. If you want serious results (for muscle bulking), a full body workout is pretty much needed. To gain an inch in diameter on your arms, you need to pack on 10-15 pounds of muscle. Just trying to bloat a couple muscles and nothing else doesn't go too well, usually.

Exactly. Full body= best results. Also, if you're thinking about getting nice arms, then don't just work on the biceps, but the rest of the arm as well, including the triceps and the muscles on the forearms.

I don't do a complete full body every day, but I do a 2 hour workout everyday with my dad, we cover cupper and lower chest, stomach, arms, legs, and back. Hmm... maybe that is full body. I have an idea, trust me.

I want to have some visible abs again. I've gained some tummy the past year. So I pick abs.

Not that fussed about getting buff, but I figure that since I work in a job where I shift heavy stuff all day, strength is sort of important. I try to do a bit of weights work on my days off if I'm feeling weak, just so I don't show up to a 10 hour call and hurt myself lifting.

I'm a little guy and I've never had a desk job, so I've always been pushing myself a little harder than big guys who make it look easy.

I have really beefy arms, and a half-keg, so i'm biased.

I would like some good abs, but I couldn't see myself without big biceps.

its good to have the biceps when ur playin guitar standing up, cuz the guitar body covers up ur abs, so i vote biceps.

Wrong. I work out 45 minutes 4 days a week and have gotten unbelievable results. Maybe it is just different for different people, but I lift max weight, 6-8 reps. Doing 1000 reps a day for 2 hours is just wearing your body out, and when it is worn out, it is not going to build new muscle. You need rest. And you do realize that lifting weights doesn't build muscle right? Lifting weights breaks the muscle fibers, via which proteins build new muscle on top. If you are working out every muscle in your body, and unless you are taking in 800 grams of protein a day or some crazy ****, nearly all of your work is futile, because there is simply not enough protein to cover everything, leading to soreness, and your body being worn out.

Most people with good abs are in good overall shape. Many people have big biceps and beerguts.

Abs win.
