Hi, i've got a toneport GX and i use it to record now and then, but due to the sounds on GearBox not being that great, i tried it out with Demos of Guitar Rig and Amplitube to get better sounds, however when i play my guitar through it, in my headphones i get a nasty kind of crackling sound, which i don't get in GearBox. Is this because the Toneport is designed only to work with GearBox or something? Because i had the impression it might work with other software =/

I'm hoping to upgrade soon anyway though... when i get some cash

Cheers

I'm aware that headphones are not amplifiers but the Toneport GX is not designed to output into an amplifier. it has a 35mm headphone/speakers out jack socket
