You cant go wrong with a Marshall 1960A Lead cab! Those things are the industry standard for guitar cabs.
I often see people using Mesa Boogie Rectifier 4x12 cabs with 6505 heads though.

Try the Seymour Duncan Invaders? They have a great sort of growl and punch about them!
But from what Ive heard the Duncan JB and '59 pickups are incredibly versatile too.

I cant tell you first hand about the pickups, but considering so many guitars (namely ESP, Schecter and Jacksons) can come stock with a JB pickup in the bridge I can imagine theyre amazing.
Do some research, read some reviews and check the site.

The 1960A wouldn't be a bad choice, though it'd be best to check out the AV... some people like V30's with their 6505, some people like G12T's.

Invaders would be an awful choice, way too harsh and bassy- sounding. The JB/ '59 is ok, but a little overrated imo, and works best in Mahogany- bodied guitars. Plus, the JB isn't all that "shreddy" sounding. Something like a Dimarzio Breed in the bridge and an Air Norton in the neck would be best.

ill take a look into the Dimarzio's

Framus makes great cabinets as well and they're not expensive either.

They are in the US.....

I would reccomend a Vader 4x12 for what you want.

As for pickups, Seymour Duncan JB and 59 are a great combo. Another worthy pickup is a Seymour Duncan Custom

ya i've heard vaders are pretty nice, also, if you could find one used or are willing to spend the money, the videos i've seen of the 6505 on a krank cab sound really good, oh and alot of people like the vht fatbottom cabs.
