So I'm getting a new guitar and a new amp.. I'm going to tune this guitar down to drop C, so I can play BFMV,KSE etc. And keeping my current guitar for standard E and drop D tuning.. My budget is about 1700$ . And an original FR and EMG pickups is a big +!

And btw, what kind of strings is the best for drop c?

You CAN play anything with anything....but some guitars sound right for some things, and not for others. Single coils sound retarded for metal, though those who are apeshit about harpsichord probably beg to differ.

Beautifull guitar , but do you really need the floyd ?

tuning down is an absolute bitch with the floyds ( yes i can set them up , its just a ballache)

I wish id got mine with a fixed bridge

But that is a good choice

and i use gauge 12 strings , i found the 11s too slack still...

With the budget left over after the guitar a used 5150 combo would be in your price range too, and there is nothing bad to say about them especially for high gain stuff.
^Note: Probably sarcastic

If you get a floyd rose, then you're going to have to deal with how the bridge will dip down and stuff.

I went in the store to try out this guitar, heard it was out of tune, then tried using the tuners by instinct.

Then I looked and realized they were locking tuners... I felt dumb.

You'd have to get used to using the fine tuners as well.
