Will repeated cardio and aerobic exercise lessen my asthma symptoms?

#1
I was just wondering, because I've been running a mile and biking 3-5 miles per day, and I wanted to know if this might lessen my asthma. It gets really bad during allergy season, and when it's hot outside. I'm usually exhausted after a mile of running, but my heart rate is usually never above 100, and my legs will barely ache. I really feel that it's my lungs holding me back..

So, if you have any experience with exercise induced asthma, please comment!

Speak with your doctor before you plan to make lifestyle changes with asthma.

It should do. Swimming is supposed to be great for it.

i have asthma, exercise helps, it strengthens your lungs, by making them stronger you can breathe in more air at a time, my sthma is pretty much gone unless if I have a cold/cough.
