High gain and choking way up on your pick, so that there's very little of the pick actually hitting the string. By kinda "pinching" the string as you pluck it, you cause the artificial harmonic to sound and it squeals like that.

Pinch harmonics and artificial harmonics are not interchangeable terms. Pinch harmonics must be picked. Artificial harmonics are any kind of harmonic that is not a natural harmonic, tapped and pinch harmonics.
