I know there is a thread for this...and I've read it...but it just isn't coming out the way I want it to sound. Basically, the riff uses these three notes (I believe they are F, E, and G respectively). I'm trying to find a cool harmony and I've having problems.

Edit: Would there still be a harmony in the same place if the riff was played in Drop C? Instead of Drop D like I'm playing it now. (I know the notes would be different....I think they would be Eb, D, F in Drop C).

Thanks for the help...I found one that sounds decent, although I'm not sure what interval it is from the first.

I think its the Drop C that is throwing the sound of the harmony off...but our vocalist can sing the song better if we play it in Drop C.

Tuning from Drop D to Drop C moves your notes a step lower. Raise their pitches by a step by moving them up 2 frets.
