Okay here goes:
At work there is a database of names and info in microsoft excel, and i need to transfer it to Galaxy (i've never heard of it before), a database software.

is anyone familiar with this software, and does anyone know if there is an easier way to do this than typing every name and related info in?

Galaxy is usually used in Web Development, and I assume you MIGHT have you manually input the algorithms for the original column but the rest you should be able to just copy and paste.

Copy and paste it all or use SQL Manegment studio express.
