wrong forum. practice with a metronome. isolate the left hand rolling and right hand sweeping until both are perfect.
Let's go back to five billion bpm and see how good i am.

Practice slowly.

But full sweeps are impractical in most situations anyway. Don't get hung up on them.

Just start extremely slow and only increase the tempo once you've perfected it at your current speed. There's no real trick to it apart from large amounts of arduous practice.
