Been playing for more than 2 years so no worries

Lay down your guitar for a while. It's not too healthy to overdo the playing, just wait until its okey.

Try tightening your strap. You may be playing with your guitar too low.

Don't overdo it and just rest when it starts to hurt. Pushing your wrist like that can lead to tendinitis and carpel tunnel

I used to get wrist pain when I did it too often...

It was really annoying because I had to keeping stopping and it got really frustrating.

But once you do it alot, its just muscle memory and you'll be able to go faster without the pain.

Anyway, what was this about a guitar?

Epic fail.

Pain is the bodies way of telling you you're doing it wrong, whatever "it" is.

If it hurts you need to stop playing and try to figure out why it hurts, unfortunately without seeing you play we can't help on that front.

^Well, I noticed that it only really happens when I'm sitting. Does this help, or should I make a vid?

If you can a video would be ideal.

I was just playing for a while and I started getting wrist pain. Is this a bad sign? It's in my fretting hand, and it hasn't happened before...

Just cut down. Do it once or twice a week....

.....as for your guitar playing ermmm....
Flap it and enjoy yourself...

try holding the guitar between your legs or the "other" way or different chairs or anything that might change the angle

also, what about a different guitar, maybe a different size/shape neck would help

idk...
