4-------------------------------0-----(4)----------------------
3---------------------0----(5)--------------------------------
2-----------0----(5)-----------------------------------------
1----(5)-----------------------------------------------

i know the fifth fret thing, however if your guitar is way the hell out of tune you would need at least one string of the guitar to be in the right tuning to even be able to do the fifth fret method

well for this to work , one of your strings would have to be tuned to standard for all the strings to be tuned to it, otherwise if you just tuned like this, your guitar strings would be in tune with each other, but that doesnt mean they would be in standard tunning. They could be in a different tunning from standard, but the string could be in tune with each other.

Some tunings cannot be tuned via fifth fret method, such as open G.

To be honest i really dont understand when someone says can someone tab a tuning?

so the tuning is tabless?

I don't think anyone knows what in the world you're talking about.

I sure don't.

How do you tab a tuning?

Use an online tuner or the one built into Powertab or something.

EDIT: Out of interest, what song are you learning that's in B Standard?
