I'm sure you can add another pickup to that guitar, but how much would it cost to get it in there. Not counting the actual pickup cost.

if you are skilled with a router... and can do some wiring it wouldnt cost you anymore than the pickup really.... what are your reasons for wanting to add another pickup?

thinking about buying it, and if I do, i want a little more versatility (sp?)

Too much, if you want to get it done right, it's not worth it. If the guitar is the right price then get it anyways if you don't use the neck pickup often?

So i got $150 or too much, which is it? I'd be willing to pay $150

Who cares what it looks like if it's got no versatility, which a guitar with a single pickup most certainly doesn't have?
I think it would cost something around $150-$200 plus the cost of the pickup to get it done right. For a guitar that cheap and that good, it's worth it.

You can buy neck-mount floating jazz guitar pickups, then you have to do little to no routing, assuming you get a thin enough one. You would have to find something to do with the cable, but this would be a cheap solution that would allow you to go back to stock sans the screw holes very easily.
