im selling my devi ever/effector 13 white spider fuzz/distortion pedal. For anyone who isnt familiar with this brand, it is a small one person operation from the US specialising in making high gain boutique fuzz pedals. Whilst these pedals are normally screen printed, this particular one is a super rare, #1 of 1 handpainted one.

sound wise the pedal is very extreme, with 2 styles of fuzz, selectable with a toggle switch. one style is a more standard fuzz/distortion, but still very high gain. The other style is a very glitchy roboty aggressive fuzz that can be used for oscillation to create a selection of wacky sounds such as planes taking off and an engine running, as well as being used for a HUGE fuzz sound. The pedal also incorporates a boost footswitch, to basically send the pedal into sonic madness. The pedal can be used for guitar, bass, vocals and keys. . . but it sounds best on guitar and bass really.

£150 ONO shipped

yer its wicked with bass. its quite a bassy fuzz tbh. . . nothing like say how a fuzzface style fuzz would be. its really tight as well, which is good news for bass.

Thanks for the pic dude.

The circuit is far too simple to be wanting £150 for. I'd say the pedal could be cloned for about £35 max. The only thing unique about it is the paintjob really.

I would advise you to keep it until the world runs out of fuzzes then you could sell it for the price you want

Devi Ever are ****ing expensive pedals man, I'm sure it wont exactly be hard to clone, but you'd be luck to pay less than £70 for one of his pedals

if you wana clone it, clone it, but dont come in here bashing my sale. the standard white spider in the uk costs £135. this one was priced at £200. like it or not theyre valuable pedals, and this is a fair price. you can clone any ****ing pedal (way huge red llama is a good example) cheaply, but that doesnt effect the value of the actual real pedal. nearly all fuzz pedals are really simple builds, and are naturally cheap clone. lets see, expensive fuzz pedals. . . zvex octane 3, very simple octave fuzz circuit £220 new. skreddy mayo, around £200 used. take a look at the newest jimi hendrix fuzz face as well, VERY simple £150.

dont base a products value on how cheap you think you can make it, thats not how the pedal sale/trade business works. you coulda just said you werent interested and be done with it.

Don't cry dude it was just ADVICE
I know how the pedal business works, I'm in it. You can base a pedal on how much its worth by how much it costs to build it.

Wasn't me that was interested in the first place, it was a friend, I merely commented
