alright, to make a long story short, i cant stand to play anything higher than Drop-C, and a lot of the stuff i want to try to "write/play" is really low tuned, such as drop-B or Drop-A. now i only have a 6 string and dont have money for a 7-string which would probably be more productive, but in order to do what i want i need thicker strings. I believe im using D'Addario EXL115's right now, but are still a little to thin for my tastes. what string gauge/package should i be using, and what preffered company if any?

Oh and i play mostly death metal/deathcore/hard rock....that sort of distorted goodness.

It probably is, but I guess that's TS's business, not mine.

Anyway I'd go with 12-54's at least.
