At first I though that it was my "finger stamina" or something like that, but in the last couple of weeks my fingers just keep getting slower and slower, like they jam.

Is it something serious or could it just be caused by the fact that I'm not taking my Omega 3 pills(I can't find them!)

I'm really getting scared now :S

Make sure you stretch and warm up right.

Also make sure your posture and technique isn't hurting your wrists and arms.

^Yes. This.
Also, I somehow doubt Omega 3 will help you play guitar.

It will help, but it's not like it's going to boost your performance by 50%.Fatty acids are important for all joints...
