So, what are all of your favorite one hit wonder songs?

Here are mine:

Obviously, Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" or whatever. amazing.
"Don't Worry Be Happy" by whoever the hell wrote it
"Walk this Way" by Aerocorp or whatever.
"Empty Walls" by Serj Tankian
And "In The Air Tonight" by phil collins, and i recently heard a version of it by "Northern Kings" who made it 20x better and it's simply amazing.

What are yours?

AeroSMITH have their own f*cking guitar hero....yeah, I'm not a huge fan of them, but they don't give that to one hit wonders....

Only two of those (I think) are actually one hit wonders.

Iron Butterfly's "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida".

Really good song. And yea, I wouldn't consider Aerosmith or Serj Tankain one hit wonders.

And Don't Worry Be Happy was written by Bobby McFerrin I believe.

EDIT: Or Phil Collins for that matter

Rick also had another hit or two, just not aged as well.

It was called 'Together Forever'. It sounds exactly like Never Gonna Give You Up, except with a faster tempo.

Anyways, a-ha ftw.

"99 Luftballons" - Nena

Nena had more singles, but 99 Luftballons is really the only song that achieved international fame.

Oh, and Pull Me Under - Dream Theater...

Helloween have an awesome cover of that.

Edit: My mate has a box set of Focus, but that doesn't really determine the one hit wonder thing. /pointless edit.

You mean 99 Luftballons, right?

99 Red Balloons is the American version, as done by Goldfinger, Angrysalad, etc.

I don't think Quiet Riot counts. They had Metal Health too.

Yeh, I think they covered another Slade song too, I don't remember the name though.
