Hey, i have decided to quit guitar for a few weeks, i have been playing guitar for 4 years and for some reason, in the past few weeks i don't get that buzz for playing, its not as enjoyable.

Im thinking its coz i listen to too many of the same bands, so I want to get into a total different area of music, like Funk, ive always liked it but never looked into it properly.
So could anyone please recommend good funk/jazz like bands and albums for me to listen to. Hopefully i will want to play guitar again for different music. Thanks

I don`t know some jazz-bands but Death Cab for Cutie? Santana? Search on YouTube and just keep watching new vids by the links in the right.

Thanks

And as for RHCP

I have listened to them FAR TOO MUCH lol, i cover their stuff a lot. xD
