I have an ibanez RG370DXBK and it was my first time changing the strings and as a noob i screwed it up. each time i try to tune,
the tremolo system keeps rising no matter what.
like if I tune one string, the other strings loosen,
and keeps happening.
Maybe i got the wrong kind of gauge of string.
because the last person that restrung it was sam ash staff.
so now i cant tune it and cant play.
plz help.

Sounds like the wrong gauge. Try 9-42, that's usually standard on an Ibanez.

You're most likely using the wrong guage strings. you should de-tune the strings, and try again, but tune it starting with the 6th string, then the 1st, 2nd. 3rd, 4th and then 5th. and if that doesznt work. adjust the screws in the back.

gauge doesn't matter.
Try using fine tuners on your bridge.
1. You're surfing the internet.
2. You're browsing through the UG forums.
3. You're reading now.
5. You didn't notice that there was no #4.
6. You just checked it.
7. Now you're having a lil smile.

For fine tuning, yes, but for bringing the strings up to tension you use the normal tuners.

gauge doesn't matter.

WRONG! It's a floating bridge, string gauge affects string tension, and puts the system out of balance with the springs.

If you already tweaked with the springs take it in to get set up again. The spring tension needs to match the string tension.
