So I just purchased a Deville. Although even with the stock speakers it sounds great (IMO), I was looking for suggestions as to what speakers I should replace them with.

I've been thinking about putting Celestion Vintage 30's in. I know they had a line of Limited Edition HRDx's with them in and I also heard they're a great replacement speaker. Plus I believe Orange amps come packed with those as well.

Anyway... any other ideas?

Vintage 30s are great. I have them in my cab.

Not V30's? TBH they sound terrible in fender style amps...

Weber makes nice replacement speakers for fenders. I love the tone of Greenbacks, especially in my Blues Junior. You probably could get away with 2 of them in your Deville, granted you're not ever running the master full up (which, for you hearing's sake, I hope you're not).
