That's pretty awesome mileage.

My Ford Fiesta does about 375 miles (if driven properly ) to a £35.

Apparently mine (Peugeot 206) does about 40mpg combined. But I drive like a nutcase, so it's probably closer to 30.

No idea. We use the measure litres per a 100 km, that shoul be around 6-7 on my old toyota which is pretty poor for a 1.3l engine. Our driving school car had the computer thing and I got 4.6l/100km which should be good.

I've got a truck that I use for gear transport that gets 19-24mpg, a Buick Enclave for general travel that gets about 26-29mpg, and a Harley-Davidson that I'm not sure about, I just know it travels without me having to fill up a lot.

20mpg on a new 2008 SUV, but our 8 year old honda does 32mpg

One of the reason I'm never buying an SUV. They're pointless and they eat petrol like it was candy.

So if I got this right 7 litres per 100km is 14.28km per litre, which is around 30-32mpg. Actually not as bad as I thought. So the car I drove in school went 50mpg. Can it be that much?

I did a 148 mile round trip to Manchester not too long ago on just under half a tank. About £12-£15 (at the time). 2001 Ford Focus LX.
