Checkit

WtF? this is pretty retarded in my opinion.

So, if its legal tender, shouldn't I be able to spend it?

I'm so confused.

I dont think this is something on Mad Tv as i saw it on t.v yesterday and it was an infomercial. I dont know if you can actually spend it.
#9
No, thats not from mad tv. Thats an actual commemerative coin...but no store will accept it. Its just a collecters item. In other words, its pointless.

I don't know why Mac users get so defensive when you call them idiots. I mean, Apple is a company that has built its entire user base around the fact that its users can't do simple things like turn their computers on.

It's real. And as soon as I played it, that commercial came on my tv. Weird.

Yeah, real. A lot of commemorative coins are legal tender in other countries. For example, that Corvette coin is legal tender in Palau.

Really, it's just meant for collectors. It also benefits whatever country is endorsing it.

I really think this is stupid. I hate the way people capitalize on a national tragedy.

This is terrible. He's so happy about it... People died, but we are going to honor them by selling things. It's ridiculous.
