I currently have a washburn acoustic that's decent, but is comparing to my friends Takamine G Series 340C when we play together.

Im looking for something very similar in size to his, but maybe a little bit nicer.
What do you think?

Price range is probably around 450.

Look into Seagulls, Ovations, or Breedloves

Are the lower end Atlas breedloves good?
Or is it like the marshall MG line?

Those three brands are good places to start, sorry I know nothing of the lower end Atlas Breedloves. I would go check out as many of those guitars as possible and figure it out that way, doesn't matter what anyone thinks is better if you can't play it so find what feels good in your hands. I've personally played a few guitars that people say are "better" but can't stand the way the neck feels. Find a good tone on something that feels right when you play it.

My friend has a Seagull and in my experience they play pretty well for the price.
