Before i got my Vox AD50VT (which was before i got a tube amp), I used to use this amp that i don't know a lot about - my dad said he's had it for years using it as a PA.

The amp is a Torque T100TR.

I was wondering If anyone knew anything about it. For a solid state (i think its solid state anyway - doesn't sound very tube-like) it sounds pretty good, although it can be very muffled. I don't think it is meant as a PA amplifier, as it has 2 channels - clean and lead. Clean channel has a crunch button and the lead has a boost button.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. I'll try to find pics although i don't think i have any and the amp is currently stored away somewhere because i no longer use it.

Anyone got any info? (I'll edit this post if i find pics)

EDIT:

Here's the best pic i could find - it wasn't a pic of the amp, it just happened to be in shot with a load of random paperwork stuffed on top of it and a computer chair in front of it. (See attachment)

I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.
