Okay. This song is about a man, who has a family at home, who is away on a work related trip for a long time, and about how badly he misses them. Call me a hypocrite, because I'm 14 and don't have my own family. I've been away from my mother and father, and friends and girlfriends for long periods of time and I always start to miss them a lot. So I imagine it must be even worse for a man who not only has work to do, but misses the very family he is trying to work to help feed.

-//Verse
A walls in my way
to seeing her face
a wall that's to high to climb
golden air just
couldn't compare
her smile is simply sublime
The days of the week
Don’t matter to me
I’ll just wait until I finally
See those eyes
As blue as tides
But I don’t get to see that sea

-//Chorus
For right now
I’m way too far
I know she’s home
But I am not
I cannot wait
Until I see
The family
That I have to feed

-//Verse 2
And the moonlight
Isn’t as right
As it feels to be with her
The sunset was dull
Compared to my kids
This trip couldn’t be any longer

-//Final Chorus
For right now
I’m way too far
I know their home
But I am not
I cannot wait
Until I see
The family
That I have to feed
