either mount the .iso using something like Daemon Tools (virtual drive emulator)
or extract the .iso using something like IsoBuster

a .iso is an "image", or the exact file that is on a DVD or CD. By emulating a DVD drive and moutning the .iso file on the drive, you're pretending the .iso is a DVD and the DVD drive has the DVD inserted. Thus, watch your movie.

.iso is a CD image. You need to view the image using an iso viewer. Or you probably could use VLC media player, not sure though.

download Daemon tools, mount the .ISO file. Go to my computer, click on the emulated disk and run it.

Daemon tools is Extremely Faster

and its a free download
so yeah just download Daemon
and Mount the ISO to it

and it should pop up on Windows media or Your Default Media Playing Program

EDIT:i can make you a little tutorial if you have a real hard time

You could also burn it to Dvd and use a dvd player to watch it.

right click your virtual drive and click mount image

which icon is my virtual drive?
