Amazing Brootal, Technical, and Classically inspired Death metal band with a lot of the music created by lead guitarist John Oster. Since the old myspace page doesn't exist anymore and I can't find anywhere online that has Embrace the Mutation I made a muxtape of all the tracks on Embrace the Mutation, and the last 4 are of the lead guitarist's solo project Excarnum, which is an instrumental metal side project that he recorded alone in a small studio with a session drummer and bassist.

Without further ado: http://psypheria.muxtape.com/

If you haven't heard these guys, listen to them. I can never find their sophomore LP anywhere, not even on Amazon or Ebay these days. And the only place I can find their debut LP is on a torrent site that charges to DL, and I need to pay my Credit card bills before I DL that one. Anyway, Enjoy and lead others to this amazing band, as there's no myspace and no other link to their music except through here.

I enjoy the parts with the keyboard the most. The rest is kinda standard, run of the mill stuff.

I don't know... It's not really holding my attention one second, then I'll hear something I really like.

I'll probably check them out further purely due to the keyboardist.

Edit: Hmm.... It's getting much better as I listen to more songs...

Edit 2: Only the first song, and some of the second one will play.

^yah the first time I listened to them I really didn't find them spectacular, but after a few more listens I really started falling in love with it. My favorite songs of theirs are Flesh Must Burn, Cathartic Degeneration, Shatterer of Worlds, Taste the Dead, and Systematic Confrontation. The opening to Cathartic Degeneration is awesome, and the guitar solo combined with the piano after about a minute of Systematic Confrontation is heavenly.

^wtf they all work for me phill-rock. did u try reloading the page? if that doesn't work or if you want the album on your comp let me know I can send you the songs.

This is pretty cool. The singer reminds me of the guy from Immolation.

^^Nice link on youtube. yah they've been quite a bit influenced by both Nocturnus & Morbid Angel. I gotta say the keyboards make me think of Bach rising from the grave and turning the violins, and other parts of his orchestra into distortion guitars, deep basses, and pounding drums.

Yeah he does, even some of the riffs sound like Immolation.

They are okay.
I do like the keyboard input, if they didn't have the keyboard I probably wouldnt like them.
