Nice idea, slide has always been a bit of mystery to me.

I don't like the tone of the slide guitar (sorry). I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to the tone of a slide guitar but if you compare your tone to that of say (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sio7uB_ECcw there is a massive difference. I think some reverb would really help though.

The timing of your drum track seems a little of in places, have you played the notes in manually? If you have I recommend using a programmed drum track instead. I know blues is supposed to be quite free, but the drums still need to be fairly tight, some slightly more adventurous drums would be nice too.

In the intro I think would be better if where the acoustic pauses, the slide guitar filled that empty space only because then you get a good call and response feel, you get something close to that, but the slide guitar strays a little outside the pause.

Sorry if that seems harsh I'm just giving my opinion, now on to the positive.

I really like the acoustic guitar underneath, simple, tight and the right tone. I think you might like the following if your a budding slide player:
