looking for a new guitar....

I would like a hollow body but I'm also good with a solid body.
I play punk and indie. I don't like telecasters.

price range- 600-700 dollars

Oh sorry an amp closer to 75-100w tube would be better because i'm in a band with a loud drummer and I like knowing I have a lot of extra room to turn up.

You're the opposite of me, I spent 4 times more on my amp than my guitar. 8 times if you count in the retail price of the amp.

because the guitar is more important to me.

That should not be the case, 90% of your tone comes from the amp
Would you be happy running a $4000 Gibson through a Marshall MG10?
ohai little sig.

You don't need 75 watts to play over a drummer

I kind of agree with him...

At the end of the day you don't want to be playing a guitar you're unhappy with, and a new guitar can help progress your abilties (psychological) and wanting to do it justice

Its great to have a guitar you like! but tone should be important, but if you're enjoying yourself who cares

Yea, but you can get a killer guitar for $500 - $600, but a killer amp is going to cost more.
