Anti-Flag has some really good anti-war songs, my favorite being Hymn for the Dead.

EDIT: How about The Trooper by Iron Maiden? Or Soldier Side by System of a Down.

The whole The Glorious burde album by Iced Earth
The Trooper and Pachendale by Iron Maiden. A fair chunk of A matter of life and death.
Lots of GWAR songs (War Party just off the top of my head, Bring Back the Bomb)
Disposable Heroes by Metallica, Master of Puppets
Gears of War, Holy wars - Megadeth

None of those are about vietnam though. Except maybe the 'tallica ones, but i think thet are just about war in general.

I Don't Want To Get Drafted - Frank Zappa

Most stuff by Iron Maiden would fit also.

I know some have said One by Metallica but I think Don't Tread On Me has a more militaristic sound to it that One, IMO.

Eyes Of The Insane - Slayer

Edit: On a semi-related note, on a test last year, the question was to describe war. I put "War, huh, what is it good for? Absolutely nothin! Say it again" and got full credit

'Khe San' (sp?) by Jimmy Barnes. ****ing hate that song but it's about the Vietnam War, along with 'Fortunate Son' (a classic!) by Creedence Clearwater Revival.
