I have not slept in what is likely 47 hours and I believe my brain is eating itself.

My eyes feel as if they were explosive tumors.

Suggestions?

Best thing I personally find help insomnia is just wearing yourself out. A mate of mine at work told me to do as many push-ups or sit-ups as I could physically do and you just start dropping off. You don't really have to do the above options. Another good one is to turn the heating up really high and that tends to make you tired. Don't go out for a walk, the cool air is refreshing and wakes you up.

GET OFF THE PC U KNOB. That is step 1
Step 2 is go to your bed and get in.
Step 3 try to go to sleep and sleep only in your bed.
Step 4 if you cant get to sleep get up and watch tv for a bit.
Step 5 repeat steps 2 to 4 till you get to sleep.

Wow, i've been sleeping for atleast 8-10 hrs everyday... It sucks... I'ld love to be able to do away with some sleep right now!!
