I've been learning Failed Creation by Divine Heresy and i can play it but in the faster parts i'm real sloppy. I do practise my riffs slowly and then build up speed. Are there any exercises or songs which can help me practise these fast picking sections?

Bodacious bob wins all.
I'd recommend dropping the tempo down by half.
Practice a section slowly until you can play it flawlessly several times in a row, then up the BPM by about 10-15 or so and repeat until you're at full speed.

Also, remember to focus on what you're doing, try not to let your mind wander.

Best thing to practice is the songs themselves

i wanna see a clip of a recto buying some groceries.

Try to minimize/economize movements. Waste no energy, and stay relaxed.

Thin necks make you play faster because guitars with thin necks sound thin and bad, and you play fast to distract people from the bad tone.
