None of the popular stores (musiciansfriend, samash, zzounds) have them and I cant find anywhere else where they're sold.

Mesa's only sell to actually stores, not online shops. Such as guitar center stores have mesa boogies, but online they dont. Also ebay

You'd have to drive around a bit and find a store from their list of dealers. I've yet to find a US site that sells them.

Supply and Demand. Everyone thinks Mesa's are the hot **** and they're the best amps around. Mesa can keep prices high and not allow markdowns by making their amps seem like they're hard to come by.
