on my guitar the high E string goes a little of the frettboard to where I have to push it up to fret the string the bridghe is an ajustomatic bridge. how can I fish this?

Is it in the nut? Or on the bridge right?

Huh? The only thing I can think of without a picture is that it slipped out of the nut somehow. Check and see if the string is in the groove, otherwise...wtf >_>

Actually, is it caught on a pickup maybe? Or something goofy in the bridge? Check the string along the whole length and make sure it's where it's supposed to be. A picture would help.
