A telecaster will always sound like a telecaster no matter what you do with it really without changing the pickups, but the tone of the telecaster is pretty versatile.

I absolutely Love my American Deluxe. They do take some time to feel them out a bit. Kinda like a hot girl but your not sure about her personality it takes more than one date
