Hi, I have an Epiphone LP standard plus top I'm thinking of getting a pickup but I can't decide which one to buy. I play generally rock n roll and classic rock. I listen to GnR, deep purple, AC/DC and such. I checked out Seymour Duncan Alnico II pro humbucker pickup. Is that fine for me and is it suitable for my guitar, I will be glad if you post me...

Seymour Duncan is good for your genre IMO. I'd stay away from EMG, I hear they have a very crunchy metal sound. Which is not a bad thing in some cases
Send this to you my master...
Here's to getting worse,
hope it kills you faster...
Show me how it hurts to rot from the inside out...
This vigil burns until the day our fires over take you,
Our father we forsake you.

Actually I don't have an amp yet.

then why in god's name are you asking about pickups?

You don' need new pickups yet, and you're unlikely to need them for a long time
Actually called Mark!
