I know that this has been asked before, but I am trying to play "Pour Some Sugar on Me" by Def Leppard, using this. It has X's in there, but I don't know how to play them. Where do you put your finger on the string to mute it?

doesnt matter. the x's are there so you know not to let that one ring. generally youll be fretting notes on either side of the x so just let your finger touch a little bit.

Okay, I stop the note before the X from ringing? What does two Xs in a row mean?

Put finger on fret but don't press down. Pick/strum/hit string. Thunk.

If it's in a chord, it's just to remind you not to play the X string.

cross your fingers so you make an X, then play the chord.
