So Soccer is starting up in two weeks and I'm very psyched for it. Now I know pretty much all I need to do is get into better shape. For that all I really want is more endurance, but I'm not a very good runner(I quit smoking a few months back and haven't really recovered fully) Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a bit better fast because I really don't have much time at all.

Also, I'm having problems getting enough power and accuracy on my shots, and I need to figure out how to get better with both. I'm not sure I'm getting perfect contact so I'd love some advice on that as well. Thanks for the help you guys!
